These terms cover your use of the Suno Hitmaker Studio ("the tool"), a members-only web app that helps you write prompts and lyrics for use in Suno. The tool is operated by Jean-Luc Benazet, trading as Visual Network. By creating an account you agree to what follows.
The tool generates text: track titles, style prompts, lyrics, and simple cover artwork. It does not create or stream any audio. You take that text and use it yourself in Suno or a similar service. The tool relies on your own Anthropic API key, which you provide, and which stays in your own browser. Your API usage is billed to you by Anthropic, separately from your membership.
Access is granted by hand after your membership is arranged on the Visual Network website. Membership is personal to you. Please do not share your login or let others use your account. Access may be withdrawn if a membership lapses, or if these terms are broken.
You are responsible for your own Anthropic API key and any charges Anthropic applies to it. The membership fee covers access to the tool only, not any third-party API costs. Keep your key private; treat it like a password.
Use the tool for your own music-making. Do not use it to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to produce material that names or impersonates real artists in a way that misleads. The tool is built to avoid naming real artists in its output; do not try to defeat that.
Generated text is a starting point, not a finished, cleared work. You are responsible for reviewing anything you use, including for originality and for compliance with Suno's own terms. The tool is provided as-is, without warranty that output is fit for any particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, Visual Network is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the tool, nor for third-party services such as Anthropic or Suno. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be noted here. For anything to do with your membership or these terms, contact Jean-Luc through the Visual Network website.
